I built ProofPulse, a performance review and calibration tool for engineering teams. The work I am proudest of here was strategic. I diagnosed that the real blocker was product-market fit rather than go-to-market, and I steered the product through a pivot instead of pushing harder on a launch that would not land.
The problem
Performance reviews and calibration for engineering teams are inconsistent and hard to run fairly, and the team assumed the growth problem was go-to-market.
What I built
I built the review and calibration tool, then made the harder call: I diagnosed product-market fit as the true blocker and steered a product pivot rather than a marketing push.
