I am building TheCipher, a product currently in active development and shipping to TestFlight. I own the technical direction and the iOS build, and I am putting working versions in front of real testers as the product takes shape.
The problem
Early product ideas often stall in planning. The hard part is getting a real, testable version into people's hands fast enough to learn from it.
What I built
I set up an iOS build with an AI core and a TestFlight pipeline so each iteration reaches testers quickly and feedback drives the next version.
