Overview
I built the conversion system for Kaaizan, an iOS productivity app positioned as an AI chief of staff for high performers. I designed the flow that moves waitlist and beta users into paying customers, connecting the product experience to real revenue.
The problem
A strong product can still stall at the money step. Waitlist and beta users pile up but never turn into paying customers.
What I built
I built the conversion system that walks waitlist and beta users through to paid, so interest in the app turns into revenue.
